In El Campello you can taste the typical plates of the locality, for example: "caldero campellero", "paella alicantina", "arroz a banda", "fideuá campellera" and "salmonetes emparrillados".

Every year, on May, Town Council and Cuina Campellera Association. organize: the "Mostra de Cuina Campellera", from where an increasing quality level in the joint gastronomical supply emerges.

You can find the traditional variety of salt meats, mojamas, ventrescas, salads and sauces like "salmorreta" or "All i oli"
And it is well-known the variety in wines and licors of the region: red, dry and sweet, mistelas, flavoured with aniseed…
